Introduction
By creating an account, accessing, or using Solara in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
The Platform
Solara is a cloud-based trading dashboard that provides real-time market data, analytics, portfolio management tools, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
We may update or improve features at any time, provided that core functionality remains materially consistent.
Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of Solara may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize us (or our payment providers) to charge applicable fees, including taxes.
All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.
Permitted Use
You may use Solara solely for lawful trading, analysis, and portfolio management purposes.
You agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
Use the platform for unauthorized commercial resale
Upload or transmit harmful code or malicious content
Misuse market data or attempt to manipulate systems
User Data & Content
6.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of any data, portfolio information, or content you provide (“User Data”).
6.2 License
You grant Solara a limited, worldwide license to process and use your data solely to operate and improve the Platform.
6.3 Security & Privacy
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is collected and used.
Market Data & Risk Disclaimer
Solara provides tools, insights, and analytics for informational purposes only.
We do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading involves risk, and you are solely responsible for your decisions and outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All technology, design, branding, and software related to Solara are owned by us or our licensors.
No rights are granted except as explicitly stated in these Terms.
Beta & Experimental Features
Some features may be labeled as beta or experimental. These are provided “as is” and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice.
Third-Party Services
Solara may integrate with third-party platforms or data providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or how they handle your data.
Termination
You may stop using Solara at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or fail to meet payment obligations.
Upon termination, your access will be revoked and your data may be deleted in accordance with our data retention policies.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that Solara will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for your specific needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solara shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or trading losses.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the Platform in the past 12 months.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Solara harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Platform, your data, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Solara after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Solara operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
